Soft Hair??

I hilight my hair blond every few monthes but it always leaves my hair very dry. When i dont straighten it it doesnt look very healthy. I was wondering what i can do to help it get back to normal. I've heared of the mayo and tried it and it didnt work for me. Any other suggestions? Pleaseee??

The mayo didn't work for me either.

Nor does hot oil to tell you the truth.

Only thing that really works for me is using a deep conditioner hair treatment (like Pantene ) and leaving it on my hair over night. Also...right after you get the highlights...don't rinse all of the conditioner off your hair in your shower. Leave some on the first few washes. It will help make hair softer.

rain water is the best, or nature spring water.......if you dont have these and have alot of money.....try bottled water to clean and rinse your hair,,,,,,my try boilin some water....let it cool first though before ya use it...lol......

warm olive oil helps, put it on your hair and wrap your hair in cling film, leave on for as long as you can, then wash an condition your hair. you can do the same trick with normal conditioner.

are you willing to cut your hair a little shorter? shorter hair loooks healthier. i use tresemme healthy volume shampoo. but i find that all tresemme products work good. you should ask your hair dresser to recommend something.

Use as little heat as possible, but we are all addicted. Use biosilk oil in your hair while it is wet, before blow drying and even if you are just going to air dry it will make it shiny and more manageable. A good protien treatment by TIGI bedhead is, Dumb Blonde. You can use it as daily conditioner, or leave in overnight for a deep protien treatment.
