i have the SAME kind of hair as you. this is what you do, its 3 easy steps:

1) you damp your hair a little bit

2) you put your head down so your hair is like in the air like its down, then you take some mousse, put some on your hand, and when you put it in your hair, you take some hair and close your fists like you literally "scrunch it"

3) you put some gel in it to hold it in, preferably spray on so you dont have to touch your hair or mess it up

wash it then braid it into about 5 different braids ...sleep with them in the in the morning put a lil hairspray/gel in them %26amp; take out.

its not hard u put gel and moose w/e u use and rub it in ur hands put it in ur hair and push up on ur hair and it goes curly its really not that hard its harder 2 explane than 2 do

wash your hair. when it is very wet, apply mouse, scrunch and then put your hair up in a very loose bun. In about two hours when you take your hair out, your curls will look gorgeous!
