I am a blonde... kinda ash blond. My hair is layered in the back short, off of my neck, and the sides are longer. I want to color the underneath darker and add highlights. I want drastic! Kind of like underneath dark brown and take my natural up a notch. How would that look? Should I hightlight the top with blonde and then a match to the underneath color? I'm getting it done tomorrow and want advice!

do what you feel is best i mean i like highlighted streaks so i think you should do that because if u listen to everyone your hair will look a hot mess
